Trafalgar Presbyterian Church
New to Trafalgar?

Welcome. We appreciate your interest in exploring the spiritual side of life. Many people have questions about God. Others seek out a Christian community at the time of birth, or marriage, or death. Still others move into the Oakville area hoping to find a new church home.

Whatever your reason, we want to help you get to know our community and feel comfortable at Trafalgar. Here are a few things that might help:

  • If you are unsure about the etiquette of the service, or our usual traditions in worship, rest assured that everything you need to know is printed on the program you will receive as you walk in the door on Sunday morning.
  • There is no special dress code. Most of the congregation wear pants or jeans. Children can come ready to play.
  • We pass an offering plate around during the Sunday service. You may choose to leave a small amount as a gesture of gratitude, but this is not necessary as a guest.
  • Your children may be anxious the first time they attend. They are very welcome to stay with you for the service, or you can escort them to Sunday school and meet their leaders. Siblings may want to go to the same Sunday school class, even if they are not the same age.
  • If you would like to visit the church and have a tour of the facility, or meet Rev. Kristine, call Alison in the church office. She would be happy to help.

Explore this website to find out more about who we are, what we believe, and how we come together to serve the Oakville community and beyond.

Most of all, know that whoever you are, whatever your past, whether you have faith or not, you are welcome in this church. Here you are invited to find forgiveness for the past, hope for the future, and go on your way with courage, joy and peace.
